Are all 71-74 housings the same design?

I see a 71 for sale and am wondering if it will fit my 73.

They will all fit the bumper, but the housings and lenses are different.

Depending on what lenses there designed for, they are diffently shaped. For example, you can use 71 r/t taillights in a 73 but you can't just throw on 71 r/t lenses on a 73 housing.

same full assembly shape to fit on any year BUT RELATED PARTS are not interchangeable between them
