Small paint sprayer and paint ???

Hello all,

  I don't know anything about paint except for rattle can stuff.  I have to redo my engine bay, front wheelwells, under the car, and the interior floor (under carpet).  Everything is out of the car now so it's a good time.  The exterior paint is excellent, so I would never have the intent to paint any exterior.
  My choices for the engine bay and interior are Plum Crazy purple and clear in spray cans from AutomotiveTouchup.com.  Or some kind of small spray gun and a urethane paint.
  Under the car is much the same.  I've used Eastwood Extreme Chassis black in a spray can.  It's pretty good, but I'm wondering if I would be better off going with their Ceramic Chassis black using a spray gun.  It's supposed to be much better.
  So, I guess my questions boil down to this;

1 - If the urethane paint is much more durable than what I can get out of a can, then what kind of spray gun would you recommend I buy?  I don't need speed.  Manuverability would be much more important to me (under car, under dash, etc.).  No intention of ever spraying an exterior.

2 - What kind of urethane paint would be recommended?  I see Eastwood has some in Plum Crazy color (1 step with an option for a clear).

3 - Has anyone used the Eastwood ceramic chassis black?  Is is much better than there Extreme chassis black in the spray can?

I don't want to undercoat the car.  It will be fair weather only for the rest of it's life.

I'm sorry for all the questions.  Maybe this is too much to ask in one post???

Harbor Freight has a cheap HVLP gun (item 47016) on sale this month for 12.99. Others have rated it fairly well in use online.  :scratchchin: I'm planning on trying it out in the future.

  Well, that's why I'm wondering about how much better the Eastwood ceramic paint is.  I'm currently trying to clean up the bottom and I don't want to put undercoating back on.  I love the paint look, even though it will be black.

  Does anyone have any info about this??

  I'll check out the gun.
