I lost the link and I can't remember the guys name.  But I do know it's been mentioned here before.  He put together an excellent website (not a thread) that gave a step-by-step with pictures through the entire resoration of his green, 69 Hemi Charger.   He detailed vent windows, grille, tail light lenses, etc.  He was from Wisconsin or Minnesota (if that help anyones memory).

Anyone have it bookmarked?  Can you share the link?
