Looking to make a purchase but want to make sure I'm not buying the wrong part for my application.

Will an NOS fuel/oil gauge for 72-74 Charger with Rallye dash and clock work without any significant modification in a 71 Charger SE with Rallye dash and clock?

Or did something change between 71 and 72?

My guess is yes, it will work, but hoping someone else can chime in with that info.

Alrighty then . . .

Found the part number for the fuel/oil gauge listed as NOS piece for 71-74, not 72-74 . . . Went ahead and bought it based on that source, so hopefully it's right.
