I've been moving a bunch of stored parts lately, and I took the opportunity to record some decent weight figures.  It's all 68/69 stuff.

I've just been using a bathroom-type scale and holding the parts by hand.  It's precise enough that I get different numbers for stripped bare body panels versus heavily painted ones.  Maybe accurate within 2-4 lbs.  The whole list totals up around 980-something pounds.

Hey Mike, are ya selling any of this stuff? I'm after a passengers LCA.

QuoteHey Mike, are ya selling any of this stuff? I'm after a passengers LCA.

Sorry, I'm not currently selling anything from this list.  I've got this stuff with purposes in mind.    ::)

-----------------------------------

The numbers for the seats surprised me.  100 pounds for the front buckets and another 50 for the rear seat bench.

The factory A/C system weights a ton.  Just the compressor & under-dash evaporator box total 90 lbs.

The fenders were lighter than I expected.  Only 30 lbs when stripped of paint & primer.  The hood was about as much as both fenders together.
