There was a old post that asked about a 69 Charger 500 Or Possibly a Superbird as X cop car .But this one seems to have more substance then the 2 past rumored submissions :Twocents:And a owner account.Still need to see pictures of conversion and cars buildsheet and tag .

This is only a similar story but yesterday when returning back from a local show in my Bird, I had a nice new Hemi Challenger police unmarked police car pull next to me and compliment my car. It was black with the new red Dodge stripes on the hood and I did notice it had the words Sheriff on the front end. The funny thing was that I had noticed the car coming up and the sheriff script and then heard him jump on it to catch up, luckily I didn't react to that. I think he was just being cool and wanted to check out my car but also thought was there any possibility he was baiting me. After he said great car he dropped back and then whipped around and headed the other direction. That was the second time I have seen one of them around the Metro Detroit area, the other was when they had some poor soul pulled over. You could see the SCMODS or laptop system per say as well as the lights mounted in the back window, but otherwise it was just a sweet looking new Chally.
