Plastic fluid container drainage trays

I saw a display set up at a car show at one time where they had a variety of cabinets and accessories for your garage or trailer.  One of these things was a sort of drainage trough where you could take a bunch of those smaller plastic oil and trans fluid containers  and then turn them upside down to sit in this and let the last of the fluid drain out and into a holding container.
I've tried to find them online but I'm having no luck.  For starters, I'm not even certain what they're called.  Can anyone point me to what I am looking for?

That's the idea, thanks.  That one is slightly different from the one I saw but it's exactly the same function.
