I have a 68 Dodge Charger, with a 440 eng from a 77 NYer. I  am looking for a gas tank. Do I get with or without eec vent? Do I need a charcoal canister on this? It didn't have one when I got it, but it was basically a shell. I have 2 lines running from the front to rear. One is bigger and one is smaller. Which line connects to the fuel pump and where does the other line hook to? Does it go to the Fuel Vapor Separator? Cause I noticed there's another nipple to put a hose on? Or does it go to a charcoal canister, or what? There is nothing there now.

I have seen all this. But until today, I have never seen such a pain in the ars car like this 68 Charger!

You just buy a tank for a 68 Charger.  There are two lines because your sending unit will have two lines coming out of it.  The larger line goes to the fuel pump, the thinner line is a return line that comes off the fuel separator near the fuel pump.  Use the search section, there are many pictures showing how the fuel pump and separator are hooked up.

There's a picture of the separator on the other link you asked about.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
