Snapped a few shots upon returning from a brisk...cruise session.















Was laughing the other day reading the thread about all the funny comments people get when out with their rides.  Best one today was at the Sunoco station.  Guy comes strutting over, you know, the way they always do, like they are 'Hemmings Motor News' come to life or something.  I was ready for the standard, "Nice 68', I had one just like it.", but was pleasantly surprised and entertained when he blurted out, "Awesome GTO man!"  accompanied by the thumbs up.  This guy, like me... mind you, was somewhere around his mid '40's.  Made my day.

I was still giggling as I left two lines of smoldering cobra skin leading out of the station and back down the road...

I had the gas station guy tell me nice GTX when I pulled up in my 69 charger. This does happen all the time for some reason. I would rather ask than not know..........oh well, still helps start a conversation with people.

Great looking car. It makes me wish I still had my 72 se someone stol in 85. they don't guess wrong with my 67  because they don't have a clue what it is.
