No luck searching...
Now that the inner fender is patched on my '70, I need the "on center" spacing of the batt tray holes and I don't have one to measure.  They're the round holes next to the slots.  The front hole and slot were rotted gone so I couldn't make a template.

The tray design changed in '70, but I believe the spacing of these holes did not.

Just use your battery tray as a guide. You have some room to play with as clips go in those holes. That is why there are those slots.
