Yep we play old traditional bluegrass...like the ones you mentioned. We do have some original material, that has an old school sound to it.

The car looks better than me even though it did not run when I started on it, both have seen a lot of years and miles. I'm older than the car but still operating under my own power. ;)

Your car is almost a twin to mine! Except mine is an R/T.

Thanks, but i must admit, its a clone.  Its a 69 Coronet 440 that had a 318.  The guy that was restoring it got laid off and couldnt afford it any longer.  The interior is really all thats left to do, unless i want to tear into the engine.

I have found a guy with a rallye dash, the harness and frame from a 68 Charger that i plan to put in, and we are going to redo the interior in black.

The engine, as far as i can figure by the numbers is out of a 70 Chrysler, just stock with a Holley 850 and headers, dual 3 inch exhaust.  It does have some rust starting on the rear i am taking care of next winter, probably the front end too, and maybe a 8 3/4 SG or a Dana if i can find one.

More pictures are here.   http://s572.photobucket.com/albums/ss161/rp23g7/1969%20Coronet/

and to make up for it being a clone, here is a link to my album of my brother in laws step dads 69 NASCAR Daytona and his other cars.

Thanks, still a little bit of work in progress.  I may get it painted again when they do the rust.  It has some cracking or crazing around the roof seam to body area.  The guy did a awsome job the first time, looks like the whole interior was out.  Wiring was replaced too.
