Anyone know the valve adjustment and tighten refference from a 318 poly?

I'm putting new seals and gaskets in my 318 poly at this time,but i'm kinda stuc right now. :-\
Does anyone have a valve adjustment chart for me?
And the tighten refferences for the headbolts?
I have a lot of books,but because i've only drove bigblock cars,i have no smallblock stuff laying around here.

Any help would be appreciated.
