We're doing a 440 with a "warm" cam (don't know specs) but nothing radical.  Unported 906's, stock intake IIRC. Looser than stock converter, 3.55s. Street, no racing.

I have a small Edelbrock (625).  Can I get by for a while with this?

What size carb should I be looking at?
1973 Charger : 440cid - 727 - 8.75/3.55

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!

flyinlow

yes, that carb will work. Probably will leave some HP on the table.

750 cfm    :Twocents:

Chryco Psycho

the 625 will get you by for now , I would use an 850 Proform carb
