The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I watched every episode of the original when I was a kid, only seen this new one once or twice,

wasn't Starbuck a guy?    ???    I know its 2006, times have changed, but Starbuck a girl?   JK She is cool at least.

Trivia of the day, (impress people you know who live in a cave):   the original Starbuck later played "Face" on the A-team

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

SeattleCharger

I was watching it some with a friend and she was explaining the characters and plot some, was pretty cool, the characters are interesting,
one of the leader guy drinks, has the bossy wife, and the doctor who is manipulated by the hot alien chick who only he can see.  I thought the show was cool after I initially got over the fact that it wasn't going to be the orininal.    I need to watch the show more.

I felt the same way when I saw the mini-series back in 2003 (?).

I knew Starbuck was going to be played as a female role, but so didn't expect Boomer to be as well.

All my fears were nixed within 60 mins though as the grand scale of the plot line, special effects and character development began to unfold.

This was all reinforced when the show was picked up as a weekly series in 2004.

"33", was an amazing bit of television and at that moment I knew the new BSG was going to be a great show.

Every week that point is just reinforced.

Now for, "Resurrection Ship" prt. 2! :2thumbs:

I'll second that. F-ing awesome show! Now we have 2 battlestars, I'm wondering how that's going to turn the tides? They have the ability to attack now instead of run all the time. New development in Apollo has me off a bit. What's with the new death deal?

I have to agree with the post above, ever show is getting better and better, the development of the characters are excellent! Can't wait till next week!

Big Lebowski

Admiral Kane's dead, good. She was a mean bitch.
"Let me explain something to you, um i am not Mr. Lebowski, you're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the dude, so that's what you call me. That or his dudeness, or duder, or you know, el duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing."

ChgrSteve67

There hasn't been any good space battles on TV since B5.

The writers of BSG have done a great job with the story line as well.
Mixing up the characters and making them more gritty has really kept me guessing and wanting more.

Question:
How many episodes before they destroy the PEGASUS or before it leaves the rest of the fleet behind.

We all know there can be only one Battlestar.
