Valve Covers

These Mopar Performance P5007614 - Mopar Performance Cast Aluminum Valve Covers are stock height. 
Is there a concern of having the stock height with a Comp cam XS290S cam on Edelbrock Performer RPM Heads 60929?
Under what condition would the stock height not be adequate?
Would the original valve covers on my 440 engine still be good for this combination?

Those will clear an adjustable rocker assembly no problem. 

The stock VC's need modification to the baffles to clear adjustable rocker arms
