I believe so - you just need the correct intake manifold and pulleys.

I can't really ad to what Troy said yes it can I think a better choice for the 440, is the 8-71  :Twocents:

Blower Drive Service knows everything you need about that blower. A GM 6-71 will feed a 440 with 2lbs. boost at a 1:1 ratio.

The snout length looks good but it may require some changes to the crank pulley or modifications to an intake manifold to get it to line up correctly.
You noticed that it would be shipping from Great Britain?
