an other one again!hehe..so with 3.23 or 3.55 gear what's your best time and speed?Veronika

13.4 @ 109 mph, 3.23 gears and 295/50/15 BF Goodrich Radial T/As. Automatic trans (stock converter, w/shift kit).
I would shift into 3rd @ 100mph, so 3.55s would have been an improvement.

Best I've ever run with a low-compression 400, 3.23, and 275/60s is about a 14.4. I don't even turn enough rpm to shift out of second.

I wish I could have one chance with those atmospheric conditions ( 43 F and 30.81 Bar.)  That is probably like a negative 2000 DA or something.  That would probably pick up my car .2 or .3 and 3 mph.

last time i ran - i did three flat 14s at 104 MPH, quite consistant,  with street tires and extra weight in the trunk... 3.23s here..

Check that weight....Its a typo. My 440 1970 weighs 3800. How would a HEMI car weigh 550 lbs more? I have front and rear sway bars, 1 inch torsion bars, full interior, 18 inch wheels....
