Bought a 73 Charger and I have a white chalk like substance in the line. Car has not been run in sometime.

Can it be cleaned out or do I need new lines?

It's mosy likely oxidation from methanol content in the fuel...especially in the northeast. You may be able to flush it out. If not I would get a new line.
