If this the spark plugs for my car date coded if my car i build 8/30/68? but its the 1969 model

Date-coded spark plug wires, fits 383/440 c.i.d. V8, 3/1968 to 8/1968 date code, reproduction.

Yes I would use those.....for my 4/30/69 build date I used the 1-69 date code wires.

An earlier date is more "accurate" than a later date that is past your build date
