Why yes it should. Those aren't Chrysler style mufflers either. That & the automatic transmission should Knock at least a buck and a quarter large off the 300 grand asking price.  :D

I guess for those that have lots of money, buying something like this is normal.  But if I was investing in a wing car, it wouldn't be something better than new that I would be so paranoid to drive and enjoy.  Just adding miles would stress me out when they are that low.  So what do you do, spend a fortune and just stare at it?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

I'd drive the heck out of it.. Being repainted and obviously most everything mechanically been replaced/restored, the original 16K miles mean nothing to me. If this was a survivor (original paint/interior, etc), then that "might" be a different story. I'd have to get the correct air cleaner base for that, it would drive me crazy.. The patched together exhaust would have to go bye-bye as well..... Also, and Jim would be proud of me, get a correct washer bottle. The little things sometime scream.....

On a positive note, that thing would be AWESOME to own for sure. It needs some detailing things here and there, but it would be fun....  :2thumbs:

For 300 large, it shouldn't need any detailing. Not one thing.   :yesnod:

I agree,  but with the wrong motor , wrong trans, and with the work thats been done, to me the mileage is moot point and is nothing more than a marketing tool

the exhaust and the washer bottle is just the beginning
