Well after 43 years its time. I think there was more oil outside than inside! I will say I have owned this car for 5 years and it sat for 25+ years before I bought it. This wore out 318 always started and never left me stranded it just leaked everything from everywhere. My buddy gave me another 68 318, went through it and will be dropping it in later this week.
I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

I would have to say that the ancient unrepaired oil leaks in these old Mopars, is one of the primary reasons they are not completely rusted out.  :smilielol:

Now is the perfect chance to clean up the engine bay and drop a set of headers in ;)

Engine bay definitely getting a good cleaning tomorrow. When we pulled it out my buddy said it was the dirtiest motor he has ever seen.

New and clean!  :2thumbs:  I think some black Mopar performance valve covers and air cleaner would look good.

I think a 426 would look better.  But what you did looks real good and better with chrome.  Man, that is nice.   Hehehe

The 318 found its rightful home. All of nature is now in balance and Mopar birds are chirping and singing. :2thumbs:
