What are these power steering brackets for?

What year car/engine size/AC or non-AC car should these power steering brackets belong to?

My car was originally a '68 Charger, 383 AC car.  But it came with a supposedly rebuilt 440 engine and a box of brackets and pulleys.  I think my brackets and pulleys are for that 383 AC version, and don't seem to work out quite right, now that I'm making the engine a 440 non-AC set-up.
