I havent used that one but Duplicolor has a rust converter. It goes on clear then turns into a black primer after about 30 min. I used it on the leafsprings and other suspension parts on my superduty and after this winter with all the salt on the roads hasnt made it rust again at all compared to throwing regular primer on which I have re coated every year. So far I am very impressed!!
