Who owns this charger?

It was in a Car Quest Calender for this January. Does anyone know who owns it?

I have that calender too, but I got mine from a small oil company by me. They got some nice MOPARs in it this year

aren't the front parking lights supposed to stay on with the headlights? Or did they start that in 69?

I seem to recall that car being in some of the mopar mags a long time ago. Not sure though. It is a very nice car though and I like how he personalized it.
