Headlight Adjusters

I searched and I couldn't really find what i was looking for.  Does anyone have any close up pictures of how the headlamp adjusters go into the grille support on a 68 or 69?  For some reason I think I might have them in wrong in my car since I can't get anymore height out of the lights and they need to go up more.  I bought another kit the other day that just came in since I figured I'd probably break them taking them out.
