Looks like a garden variety steel rim. There are smaller holes between the lug holes that appear to be there to secure some kind of center cap. Other than as a spare I can't imagine why it hasn't wound up in a dumpster or a recycling bin.

What I wanna know is what kinda' vehicle is that behind the wheel?..  ???

That would be a cool wheel for the dog dish look on a Chrysler. I have found four of them and will painting them body color for a show set of wheels. Many guys are still looking for them for the same reason. Are they the 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern? If they are then tell some people at the next swap meet. You might be looking at $10. Not much, but some one will buy it.
If it ain't wide open; it ain't running.        Rule number one in motocross racing: Pin it; row the gear box; and wait until you hit something.     At work my motto is: If you need me, call someone else.

I have the same wheel, but it's 15x8.  4.5" bp, I have a set of slicks on them.  got them out of  junkyard years ago.  I like them.  If I ever get my 64 fury, they are going on it....
