How do the gas tank straps mount on a 68 charger?

I installed a new trunk pan in my 68 charger before I had it painted. I was test fittnig the gas tank the other day and see the notches in the rear of the car that the tank straps hook into, but could not find anywhere the bolts on the other end go. Maybe I missed something that should have mounted to the new trunk pan?

The "J" bolts hook into the slots in the pan.....

Thats what I needed. Just looked at the old pan and forgot to transfer those mounts to the new pan.
