Yup, same wheels...But I bet the ones on the Imperial were 15"....they made both sizes

There are two names I have heard for these wheels, "Appliance Stingray" or "Apache" .....not sure which is correct

Appliance  is the company that made them. Appliance was big seller of Aluminum slots with a A in center cap if I remember right. LEON.

"Appliance Plating" ;)

yea..that would make sense with the A/P in the center cap....

so from what I have read on these...guess the actual name of the wheels is "Apache" wheels...

I have tried to find the 4th center cap....no luck...thought about having someone with a metal lathe make me turn me a cap out of round aluminum stock......

I really like the looks of the wheels...I suppose they would look better cleaned up and painted

They must be made of magnesium. The cleaning issue...that was the first thing I thought of too...what a bugger to clean!

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
