Just need a picture of the location as I installed a new headliner and I'm pretty sure where it is but I don't want to cut until I'm sure.

You should be able to feel the anchor through the headliner.  Check about 1/3 of the way back on the back window from where the back window meets the front window and its located right next to the molding.   :2thumbs:

Yep, just follow the brace the dome light attaches to down on either side.  :2thumbs:
