To All My PC Friends:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the Winter Solstice Holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, if any at all, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all.

I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2011, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose uncountable contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere because we do acknowledge that we have at times been given gifts we have not deserved to the detriment of other nations who have not been as eager to excel as we have.

Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee.

It was a hot night here in Perth and the air was very still so plenty of refreshements for all were needed.
The band was playing loudly in the large dining area of the house where we were partying.
As the clock struck 12.00 we staggered outside to the sound of fireworks over the city.
Spectacular as usual!

Anyone else got a hangover?

Happy 2011 to all...got up this morning and went out to 25* garage and proceeded to pull the cylinder head off my 2.5L K-car....found it has an intake seat that popped out...valve is being help open...time to take head to machine shop.

Happy New Year!  Very cold here today...we've got cruise night, but I'm taking the truck.  About this time last year I drove the Charger thru a gallon of white oil based paint...and yet somehow 2010 turned out pretty  good.

Assuming I don't drive the black Ram thru white oil based paint I can only assume 2011 will be a great year as well!

If anyone cares the stain is still on the FM road where the gallon of paint fell and rolled over to the bar ditch...If anyone starts the year out like I did last year remember...Mineral Spirits!
