Shawn it was nice to visit with you today.   Be sure to email me and I will scan the documents pertaining to the car that we have on file.    As discussed the trail goes cold shortly after Carroll Street Auto sold it.     But I am sure the car is still out there.

Have you tried asking Carroll Street outfit to put you in touch with the buyer?

I know it sounds far fetched but that outfit in Arizona that was wheelin' & dealin' muscle cars here a while back gave me the name, email of the person who bought my old blue '70 Charger.

If anything maybe they can give the buyer your name & # asking them to contact you?

shawnd569

I did talk to Caroll st and got the name of the guy who bought the car from him but it has changed hands again from there and that guy didnt have and contact info for the current owner.

nascarxx29

Not sure if this would work :Twocents: Because we know its not stolen .But if you were checking the vin to see if this car had a salvage title due to its known pictured condition.
or has been reported as a salvage vehicle by cooperating NICB members. To perform a search a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is required. A maximum of five VINCheck searches can be conducted within a 24 hour period.
