From a '75 car built at the Jefferson (Detroit) plant. I believe only C/Y bodies were built there.

T= Built at the Trenton engine plant. Should have a single digit (5) preceding the T.
440= Displacement
E= Cast crankshaft
10 17= Build date October 17, 1974
