I saw Speedy Greco's car about 1964 while it was under restoration. It was a '16 touring-I do not know the seril number.I was restoring a '16 Touring and went to see his car to compare notes. The VIN for a '16 has to be below 76000. The A-127447 is as a previous responded described.

That Black-on-Red C500 was at Carlisle '09 inside the "dealership" building's showroom - which is where the picture TT posted was taken.  Danny (& Troy, I believe) met the owners.  Very nice people, and an incredible car.

This car was also at the Mopar Nats in Columbus in 2009. Very hard to get a good picture in the tent were it was parked though. It really is an awesome car.    I also noticed it's another car with the rear side reflector bezels body colored and not stripe colored.

I do not know how you got a picture of it at the nationals that did not have me in it. I spent two days at that car alone that year. Shot about 1500 pics of the car. Owner was very nice. I had not met them until that show but aparently Troy had warned them about me and my love of taking pictures.

The old Speedy Greco dealership is about 20 minutes away from where I live and grew up.

My dad always had some Dodge workvans in the mid to late 70's and many times dragged me out there to grab some parts.  I remember he had a few wingcars, can remember that and was quite the Mopar legend.  I wish I wasn't around 10 at the time, or I would of remembered more or maybe even bought one of his cars.

That black with red gut is a beauty.
