Seat Belt Question

This is for a B-Body set of belts. Would the factory have mixed American Safety and Pontonier hardware?  I bought a nice set at a swap meet and 1 of the front belts is Pontonier, the rest are American Safety.  My guess is someone pieced part of it together to make a set. Other than the stamping, you can't tell them apart.

Are there date coding/part number tags on the belts?

Yeah, no tags.  They were probably removed for that reason or it would def. indicate if they were different.  Nice clean set too, so I am sure they didn't just fall off. They look identical, bugs me for some reason, being the front lap belts.  I will probably send them off to be redone anyway, since all the chrome is nice. They are green, I need black. Also, I didn't want to worry about dye coming off, fading or the age.  Thanks.
