turn signal switch or ground issue?

I fixed my problem with the headlights turning on when ignition is on - but one problem remains: my right blinker doesn't work.

Here are some details:

Ignition Off -> Hazards work (front, hood, rear); Blinkers don't (normal)

Ignition On -> left turn signal works (front, hood, rear); right turn signal doesn't flash - lights come on and stay on but very dim; Hazards flash very slowly

Ground issue? Not so sure about that as the hazards work when ignition is off. Does anyone have a schematic of the turn signal switch? I cut the white wire coming from the brake pedal switch because I needed the turn signals in the back separated from the brake lights (ran a wire from the pedal switch to the brake lights and connected my new blinkers to the existing brown and green wire).

High circuit resistance, probably in the power side since the grounds are all made at the bulbs. Search and destroy with your DMM.

Found it! It was a ground issue. The right socket of the bulb was corroded. At first the front turn signal and park light barely worked and then stopped working but after I cleaned the socket everything is now back to normal
