Hey Frank, sure that housing will bolt up fine but the lower rad hose inlet might be on the wrong side. Just depends what rad you're running in the car now. Is your current lower hose on the passenger side or driver side ?

The WP housing off your 400 will work fine in case you wer wondering

My original one is pass side, but because i got the serpentine setup i now need one on the driver side i already have the matching aluminum radiator with driver side lower and passenger upper.

to go with bills serpentine setup you will need a water pump housing and radiator setup with the lower hose on the drivers side? what gets in the way and won't allow you to run a passenger lower hose?
