For 500 to 5000 you are buying a wreck.  It's a project similar to or worse than the one for which this thread was started.  They're out there but is it really what you want to start with?

$4500 is not out of range (too low) for a project car that is an R/T.

I'm no body expert, but that car looks to be in very good shape for $4500 of course I would have to see underneath it though.
