On the plus side, your getting "free" winter storage....just keep adding work, and it could stay there until April for "free"!

:nana:  Well. I won't be able to drive it out of there , after Friday.  :scratchchin:

uh oh.  what else did Rod find?
Brian, I'm having surgery on Friday.  :pity:

Car is looking great Jackie! Really like the new rims. The boys are excited to get their chance to see it this year at Carlisle. Hope your surgery goes well and you are up and around in no time.  :yesnod:

I hear you, I had surgery on my neck when I was in High School to remove a cyst and salivary gland and I was petrified. I'm sure you will do fine.  :2thumbs:

Thanks, Tuffy. I'm having neck surgery.  :eek2:

Just be thankful you are not a chicken kiddo.  :eek2:

Humans tend to survive neck surgeries just fine.  :yesnod:

Have you asked them to slip in an extension while they are in there so you can see over the hood better?  :scratchchin:

Car is looking good, about where my buddy and I are on his. I think George Lucas said that films are never complete, only abandoned, probably the same for cars. Best of luck on your surgery.

Alaskan_TA

I'll try to NOT make you laugh after the surgery, at least until you heal up.  ;)

Until then, it is open season.  :icon_smile_big:

Best wishes, I hope all goes well.  :yesnod:

TUFCAT

Hi Jackie,

I'm sending all my best wishes (just like everyone else).  You know we'll be thinking of you Friday, and sending major prayers your way. Don't worry, you'll be in good hands with us! :engel016:

Are you getting your neck fused? I know a guy in his early 50's that had this just had it done in October, and up and running in no time! He was surprised because he didn't expect such a quick recovery.

Anyway, he owns a tricked out street driven 1969 GTX (with a firefighter3931 engine) that runs 10's - maybe low 11's I'm not really sure.  I know he was doing some hard launches in his mighty GTX at Norwalk just a week before the surgery - with a bad neck!

He plans to continue the same as soon as weather permits...but his ETA could be improved!! ha ha  :icon_smile_big:  :icon_smile_wink:

Anyway, take care! ...and I'll look forward to your updates.  :2thumbs:
