Gas Tank Question

[Roger 68 charger]

I took my tank out to replace it and the sending unit that came out of it only has one outlet--The new one I am looking at (3/8) has two lines--will it be ok to cap the return line? (I don't have a fuel separator on the motor)

Who makes the best tanks?

I replaced mine as well and just capped off the return on the replacement with no issues.

SAVE the original as there are MANY problems with the new sending units.

Spectra (I think I spelled it right) has the best tanks.

If I cant find a sending unit with one outlet ..I guess Ill just cap off the return
