That has to be that "Bandera" Charger that I was asking about several months ago!   Thank you, you solved a mystery for me.  Sorry about the size of the pic, I ripped it off from the Moparts site as is.

Those side scoops look like '69 'CUDA hood scoops to me.

Isn't it a small town in California?  It also happens to be the name of the street I live on.  Does it mean something in Spanish maybe?

Not to date no one has came up with the answer where it is today .I was asking Steve J asking him on the other board and he didnt recall it and has and knows about 1 off concept cars.Though I had called it a Bandera .When I meant Madera
