Ok, just got off the phone with the body guy and he want to know if their is a special aftermarket brake cable to install once you have put in subfrme connectors and torque boxes? Not sure what he is talking about because I did not pull it apart. Any help would be appreciated. :shruggy:

not sure what kinda car you have, but most of the time the frame connectors run right were the emergency brake cable needs to go. You could probably drill a couple holes in the frame connector, but I've seen guys run a small diameter tube through it diagnally, then run the cable through the tube, instead of trying to go under the frame connector.

I agree with that.  That is what a friend of mine did with his car.  Draw a straight line from where the cable exits the torsion bar crossmember to the parking brake bracket that is welded to the floor pan.  Lay the subframe in place.  Transfer the markings from the floor over to the subframe.  Weld a piece of tube diagonally through the subframe.  Make sure the tube is at the same height as the crossmember and bracket.  I would use a minimum on 3/4in tube so that it has room to move around.
