Hello, i'm putting in a 440 out of a 1074 Monaco in to my 1968 Dodge Charger will this oil pan work?

What is the stamp number on the pan ? If it's a 971 pan it will fit fine.

it has 933 on the oil pan

Personally, i would swap that one for a hemi replacement pan which holds 2 extra quarts and has baffles for better oil control. A 933 is a low performance C-body unit.
