Hope everyone indulges me when I now post pics of my car and the trip to/from Reno. The road trip was a blast.

Getting to Reno for us means going over "the Pass". Which is California Highway 108 East, leaving Sonora at 2000 foot elevation, we climb the western Sierra Nevada to over 9600 feet, dropping into Nevada. Two lane road, most grades are 10-15%, with a finally climb over 5 miles of 26% grade. Then 26% grade down the eastern slope of the Sierra, finally flattening out at 5000 foot elevation. Then it's north on US 395 to Reno. Incredible scenery the whole way.

Yes, I am a wussy. We trailered my Hemi Road Runner. (I got a great friend). The roads have lots of rock and gravel on them. And I have no idea how a carbed Hemi would perform in 9600 feet of air. I wasn't going to find out.  :yesnod:

#1 and #2 Loaded, ready to roll.
