New gullwing-style Mercedes is out. If I was rich, I might almost like to buy one:

In my opinion, it's the only car with gull-wing style doors that ever looked "right" to me, beside the DeLorean.

looks like a dog that just heard an unexpected noise.

Sure not my cup of tea.. i'd much rather have the SLR Mclaren.

but still, I'd rather have my Charger...  :shruggy:

EXTREMELLY BEAUTIFULL

and I like more than the McLaren
Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

Agreed on the "rather have my Charger" comment. Never seen a full shot of a McLaren.

Just saying if I had that kind of disposable income, the new Gullwing looks to be a pretty sweet car: 600 plus horsepower, 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, impressive handling . . .

It looks like a pretty tasteful remake of a classic car, in my opinion.

It's already been beaten to death, but I really wish Dodge would have taken such an approach to the Charger: If it don't have the same feel, it ain't the same deal.

I agreee with you 100%, of course the sad irony to your second comment I quoted is that it was Daimler who made the decision to recast the Charger as a poor mans Euro styled touring sedan because they knew better than us what we wanted.  (before the comebacks start, I am referring to we the minority enthusiasts who would consider the car because it was called Charger, not the fleets of cabs, police and emergency services and hordes of average buyers who purchased the car simply because it was an affordable mid size four door family car and couldn't care less what it was called)

That is the "forced to be dropped" next gen. Viper, do some looking into it, It will piss you off how Dodge layed the ground work.   :'(

yeah, I had heard that the Viper platform team was sharing some stuff with the Mercedes folks, i hadn't realized this was the Merc. version. While it looks pretty good in that front 3/4 view, from any other vantage point that thing is hideous.  :eek2:
Using Ferrari input will be a good thing in my opinion.  :D

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

:eek2: Not anything I'd ever consider
