My son painted the engine for me. I  put the 1/4 on and repaired the other 1/4

I see a problem with that engine and transmission.... It should be on my engine stand ready to drop into my car.   :yesnod:

Looking good!  :2thumbs:

Hi Lyle!

The car is coming along nicely!  For just a "spare time" project, you are doing a great job continually making progress!  I have no doubt that car will very "bad" (in a good way) when all done!  Love the color and story behind why you went with QQ1 metallic blue.

Thanks for taking the time to share the pics!  If you ever need a 2nd set of hands, give me a shout.  I would love to help out.

Very nice project you are running there. :2thumbs: I wish I had a son who could give a helping
hand from time to time but with 4 daughters that will never happen.

Very nice work. :2thumbs: Not to be a Debbie Downer but these kinds of threads kind of frustrate me because I can't understand how people are able to get this much done so fast. Seems all I get done is fixing screw-ups made by "professionals" and waiting for more money to come in so I can inch forward. Had to work on another spot in the engine compartment tonight where the last body shop painted over a glob of grease. :rotz:

If there are any screwups I have to kick my own ass. As long as we have airpanes and local airports I'll have gas.  :D  :eyes:
