Father O'Malley and Father Nelson head into the mens room together, They cue up to side by side urinals, and proceed to  take care of business. Father O'Malley cant help but notice that Father Nelson has something stuck on his willy, he leans over to get  a better look, and discovers that it is a niccoderm patch. He comments "Aye - Father Nelson, that patch would indeed work  much, much better if you placed it on your arm or shoulder" To which Father Nelson replies "Aye - Tis working fine for me as it tis.....I am down to only two wee little buts a day" !!
