Well I've had to work all weekend, so I will be celebrating in my own way, by eating this piece of Bone In New York Strip that I seasoned & cooked this morning in my $14 Walmart Toaster Oven.

It's going to be DELICIOUS!!!

Went for a cruise in the Charger this morning. Dads grilling out some chicken and pork chops :drool5: and Im going to watch the fireworks with my lady friend tonite. It plans to be a great day. :2thumbs:

I'll be stuck working tonight switching cars out in the yard in Albany, but around 9:00 we plan on getting the dispatcher to authorize us some unneeded headroom on the running track to pull up and watch the fireworks. We should have the best seat in the house.
