Hard to say what you should do. Sounds like the whole situation just flat out sucks.  :flame:

Obviously, whatever you can to get your car fixed and to get your car fixed right.

If I were you and had the cash or Mopar bucks I'd want to spring for a new hood, too, even if the insurance company wanted to play cheapskate and say let's fix the hood.

Maybe take the car in to another adjuster to try and find one who sees things more your way, or to another shop for an estimate? Maybe it's something that can be fixed with a little filler, without any visible imperfections?

Maybe you could talk to your employer about covering the deductible since it was their garage but I don't know if that's something they'd even consider. Couldn't hurt to ask politely or depending on how you feel about your job, not so politely.
