Air Grabber...air boxes all the same or?

Curious if anyone knows if the air grabber box from 70'  in my RR would be the same air box avail in say the 71 charger air grabber?
In other words are all the 70 and up air box's the same size shape, part # etc?
same goes for the actual scoop too?

The 70 air grabber box will interchange with the 71-72 Roadrunner and the 71-72 Charger. They are slightly different, and may not have the same part number, but they will interchange. The 70 Plymouth air grabber door will interchange with the 71-71 charger, but NOT with the 71-72 roadrunner.

correct the 71-72 rr door comes to a point at the front edge of the door.

I was just offered a used air grabber box on the phone, he claimed that it was originally painted orange, but some one have tried to paint it black, I assumed that all was black.
Does any one know if some where original orange?

I just found out that it was a ramcharger box, it's now clear why it was orange.

  did you end up getting the air box? if so would you be willing to trace the opening out on a price of paper? id be willing to pay you for it.   or if you didn't get it i need one and would be willing to buy it  please let me know warocjediknight@aol.com   thanks
