73 charger remove door glass

I'm trying to remove the driver door window from my 73 charger (In order to push a dent out from behind and prep for paint).

I've followed the instructions in the manual but the sleeves around the screws that go through the glass and cross bar  keep rotating.  I've tried vice grips, pliers... and no success.

Any insight would be appreciated.

soak it with penentrating oil and wait. I had several stuck when I did my strip down. They get rusted real good. I had to remove the bottom rubber bumper window stop inside the door and reach around and try to hold the back side from turning. I still ended up breaking several of them.

Thanks for the help, they finally came loose after 2 additional days of soaking them with PB Blaster.
